1) How do you tell if a person is rude towards you at work/school?
2) Why do you think people are rude to others at work/school?
3) What do you usually do if people are rude to you at work/school?
4) How do you try to reduce the rude behavior in the other person, or can it be reduced?
Please give me some advice on the following. Otherwise I can never sleep well.
